Job description:

As a sales advisor, you will provide optimal service and achieve sales objectives together with the team
You have a thorough knowledge of the products/collection on offer
You provide tailored advice by listening carefully to the customer's needs
You achieve more sales by making suggestions, suggesting alternatives and presenting accessories
Together with your colleagues, you create a pleasant and positive atmosphere in the shop and work together constructively and collegially

Profile:

You have at least 5 years of experience in sales
You have a sense of style & fashion in the high-end sector
You are a team player who can communicate well
You are customer-friendly, sociable and have strong organisational skills
You are stress-resistant and flexible
You are fluent in Dutch and English, for the position in Brussels/Knokke we expect you to also be additionally fluent in French.
