Return & Exchange Policy
At SCAPA, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a return and exchange policy of 15 days from the date you received your order.
Conditions for return & exchang
- The product must be in new condition.
- The product must be in its original packaging, including the SCAPA hangtag.
- It should be unused and unwashed.
- The product must be complete (including any items such as belts, keychains, shoe boxes, etc. that originally came with the product).
- The item should be packed securely in a neutral box (without logos) to prevent damage during return shipping.
How to return or exchange
- Contact us with your order details at info@scapaworld.com.
- Choose your preferred shipping company to send the item back.
- Ship the product back to the following address, including the original packaging and your shipping receipt:

Important Information:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
- If the return is successful, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you want to exchange an item, the item(s) must be in impeccable condition with the original packaging, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Refund Process: Once your return has been received and meets the conditions above, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. We reserve the right to delay the refund until the goods have been returned to us.
- The refund will be issued via the same method used for the original payment.
- If the purchase was made using a gift card, you will receive a new gift card via email.
- If a discount was applied, the refund will be recalculated accordingly.
Additional Return & Exchange Information
- Any return without proper identification (such as the return form, invoice, or delivery note) will be rejected. Please ensure these documents are included.
- Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, either fully or partially.
- Returns made after the 15-day period will only be accepted under exceptional circumstances.
